When you register or sign in using Third-Party Authentication services (such as Google OAuth):

• Account Information: We collect your email address, display name / grid call-sign, and account profile identifier provided by Google.
• Game Progress Data: We store in-game metrics, unlocked cards, currency balances (Net Credits, Decryption Keys), floor gauntlet progress, deck configurations, and match telemetry.
• Device & System Logs: We collect non-identifying technical data such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and interaction timestamps strictly for telemetry, cheat-prevention, and server stability.

2. How We Use Google OAuth Data

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we strictly use your basic profile information (email address, profile picture, name) solely to:

• Authenticate your account session and create your unique Runner profile.
• Persist your game progress, active inventory, and competitive rankings across devices.
• Ensure secure and seamless account recovery.

We do not access your private Google Drive files, contacts, search history, or any non-essential Google account data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google account information to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

All user data and game save states are encrypted and stored in secure cloud infrastructure (including Google Firebase services). We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or data disclosure.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting our support team or submitting an account wipe request.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Xyle uses essential authentication cookies and web local storage solely to maintain your active user session, state hydration, and preference settings. We do not track you across third-party websites.
